We want you to absolutely love your order! If you’re ever unsure about colour matching or whether a yarn will be the right one for you, we’re always here to help. We’re more than happy to send real‑life photos of yarns side‑by‑side to make sure you find the perfect colours/yarns for your project.
If something’s not quite right with your order, here’s how we can help:
🗓️ Change of Mind Returns (Valid until 1 January 2026)
Change‑of‑mind returns are available until 1 January 2026. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for change of mind. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In the original packaging (if applicable)

Free from strong scents (such as smoke or perfume)
To request a return, email us at magnoliayarns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
âť— Change of Mind Returns After 1 January 2026
From 1 January 2026, we will no longer accept change‑of‑mind returns.
This decision helps us to protect our customers by ensuring that every ball or skein we send out is brand new and stored in perfect condition.
Yarn is a tactile, scent‑sensitive product, and even brief handling can affect its quality. Not accepting change‑of‑mind returns allows us to maintain the highest standards for everyone who shops with us.
đź’ˇ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a hiccup—if we have picked the wrong colour or there is a quality issue—please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
📦 Refunds
We’ll process any refunds to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s on its way.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at magnoliayarns@gmail.com.
